Book your stall for the St Peters Street Open Air Craft Market.
Sunday 1st December 2019 (early bird offer available for first ten stalls booked)
This is a craft market with local produce as our emphasis. If you are unsure whether your stall fits into this category, please contact us prior to booking. Your booking will be confirmed in writing within 7 days of payment but we may need to ask you for a little further information before confirmation. Please look out for an email from us, even better, email us your telephone number and a description of the stall to firstname.lastname@example.org
The pitch fee includes a weighted gazebo, erected in advance of your arrival and your street trading licence for the day. It also includes the street closure for the event. To participate at the event, you will need public liability insurance which may need to be presented in advance of the event. The fee does not include any furniture needed for your stall (bring tables and chairs).
The event starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm. Pitches will be available for you to unload your goods from 7.30am. Owing to the nature of the street plan, you will be sent in advance, a timed arrival slot, to ensure we don't have a traffic jam of traders arriving at the same time. Stalls and the associated licence will be granted in one name only. If you plan to have a joint stall with another trader, please contact us as soon as possible as an additional fee may sometimes need to be paid for an extra licence. Likewise if you need a temporary alcohol licence, please tell us and we can apply on your behalf.
Pitches can be supplied with electricity for an additional fee. Please contact us if you need this. We will need an idea of what you need the electricity for so please have that in mind. There are discounts available for early booking of electricity.
Your booking creates a binding agreement with the Saints CIC and yourselves. Should you be unable to attend the market, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Bookings cancelled within 28 days of the market date will receive a 75% refund. Any bookings cancelled after this date cannot be refunded. Bookings cannot be transferred over to another stallholder without our permission in writing.
Very occasionally we may need to cancel the event due to high winds or adverse weather. In this case, we will may a decision and inform traders on the Friday morning before the event. If this happens, a full refund will be sent less the street trading licence fee.
